Dagstuhl Seminar 23342

Computational Geometry of Earth System Analysis

A year ago from today, on August 20, 2023 started the 5-day gathering of experts in algorithms and the Earth sciences to initiate collaborations that can develop algorithms to better fit critical problems in Earth system science.

The event was designed to facilitate the exchange of expertise through individual domain-specific talks. These talks were complemented by working group sessions, which provided a platform for discussing and planning potential collaborative projects across different areas.

Apart from this, we had a nice long hike which gave the people a chance to know each other better.
