Workshop registration and abstract submission

Registration for the workshop will open on this page on April 17th. On-site participation will cost 230 €. This includes access to the venue, coffee breaks and lunches and a conference dinner. Up to 30 seats can be taken by students at a reduced rate of 50 € on a first come first serve basis. Proof of student status will be required. Registration for online participation will cost 75 €. Fee waivers for people from low-income countries may be possible. Please contact us for further information.

Abstract submission will also open on April 17th. More information on how you can submit your abstract will be announced in time.

Hackathon application

The hackathon will accommodate up to 40 participants. We want to achieve a nice balance of different experience levels, gender, color, expertise, and more. Therefore, we ask you to first fill out a form with some questions to get to know you. We will then establish a ranking from your submissions and inform you about the outcome. Registration will only be possible upon invitation and for a limited time window to give others the chance to take your seat should you not react.

The application online form will open on March 17th and closes on April 17th. The actual registration will open on April 17th. Registration fee is 50 € which covers access to the site, coffee breaks and lunches. You will have the option to attend a hackathon dinner, which will add 40 € to the registration fee.
